Every agent, briefed.
Every role, scoped.

Paste your website and Opser fills in your company profile. Every agent starts from it, learns as you work, and sees only what each person is cleared for.

Shared by Sales and every agent. Edit any field, and a new analysis only fills the empty ones.

Tell it once. It remembers.

After each chat, your agent keeps what lasts: how you like things done and what you decided.

  • Memory of your own. Your personal agent remembers your preferences and how you work, recalled only in your chats with it.
  • Shared when it should be. Facts like pricing and renewals go into shared memory that every agent recalls.
  • Only what lasts. It keeps preferences, rules, and decisions, and leaves out small talk and drafts.

Your playbooks. Your templates.

Write down how the work is done once, and every agent does it that way.

  • Skills for your workflows. Install them from the catalog or write your own. Teach your agent a workflow in chat and it offers to save it as a skill.
  • Required for everyone. Make a skill required across the workspace, so every agent runs it the same way.
  • Templates for your documents. Add your quote, invoice, or report with a reference file. Agents match its layout and use your logo.

Each person gets their part.

Every teammate and every agent works with the slice of the business their role needs.

  • Access by app and group. Give people and agents access app by app, or through groups like Sales team and Finance team.
  • Agents follow it. A personal agent works with its owner's access. A shared agent has its own grants, checked against the person asking.
  • Private until shared. Your own mailbox is yours alone, and your meetings stay private until you share them.

  • Maya's mailbox: only Maya. The support inbox: Leo and Ana.
  • Meeting notes stay with whoever recorded them until they share.

Company. Team. You.

Every agent works from three layers of context, and each layer has its own audience.

Company

Your company profile, document templates, and required skills.

Who reads it
Every agent in the workspace
Who changes it
Admins and people you allow

Team

A shared agent's role, knowledge, and memory.

Who reads it
The teammates who use that agent
Who changes it
Its owner or an admin

You

What you wrote about your role, your agent's memory, your mailbox and meetings.

Who reads it
You and your personal agent
Who changes it
You

Private by default.
Yours to correct.

Context follows the same permissions as the rest of your workspace.

How security works

Your context stays yours

What you write about your role goes to your personal agent only. Its memory never shows up in anyone else's chats.

Ask what it remembers

Ask your agent what it knows about a topic, correct a fact, or tell it to forget one.

Admins own the brief

Only admins and the people you allow can change the company profile, document templates, and required skills.

Never used for training

Your business data, including context and memory, is never used to train models.

A few more answers.

What founders ask before they hand their business to an agent.

How does Opser learn about my business?

Paste your website in Settings → Organization and choose Analyze website. Opser reads up to five pages of your site and fills in your company name, product, what you do, who you serve, industry, features, customer evidence, and language. It uses only facts your site states, fills only empty fields, and you can edit everything. You can also tell your agent about the business in your first chat, and it saves the facts for every agent.

Does it set up my ideal customer profile too?

Yes, in Sales. Sales setup reads your site and suggests an ICP: job roles, customer industries, company size, locations, pain points, and buying signals. You adjust it before your first campaign, and you can keep several profiles for different products or markets.

What does my agent remember, and who else sees it?

After each chat, your agent keeps lasting facts like preferences, rules, and decisions, and skips small talk and drafts. Your personal agent's memory is recalled only in your chats with it. A shared agent's memory belongs to the teammates who use it, and shared memory holds business facts that every agent recalls.

Can I see or delete what it remembers?

Yes. Ask your agent what it remembers about a topic, tell it when a fact is out of date, or ask it to forget it. Deleting your account deletes your personal agent, your private chats, and your memories.

Can agents follow our document templates?

Yes. Under Settings → Organization → Documents, add a template for a quote, invoice, or report with instructions and a reference file. Every agent follows it when it makes that kind of document, and uses your logo on branded files. You can also upload a file in chat and ask your agent to make it the standard.

Can I control what each teammate and agent sees?

Yes. In Settings → Access, give people and agents access app by app, or through groups like Sales team. A personal agent works with its owner's access. A shared agent has its own grants, checked against the person asking. Inside apps, your own mailbox and your meetings stay private until you share them.
