Every app installs for the whole workspace. Access decides who opens it, people and agents alike.

One customer. Every app.

Your apps share one team and one set of customer records, so each knows who it's dealing with.

  • Email knows your customers. Senders already in Customers are marked, and new ones who look like customers get Add to Customers.
  • Support sees the deal. A Helpdesk ticket shows the requester's company, title, and latest deals.
  • Sales and stock stay in step. Replies become deals in Customers, and closing a deal can take the products out of Inventory.

Each app asks Customers who someone is, with the access of the person looking.

Access per app. Agents included.

Decide who opens each app and what they can change, for people and agents alike.

  • Groups for each team. Make a group like Sales or Support, choose its apps, and add people and shared agents.
  • Full access or view only. Grant a whole app, or only what a role needs, like seeing deals without editing them.
  • Agents get the same rules. A personal agent works with its owner's access. A shared agent has its own, checked against the person asking.

Missing an app? Describe it.

Your agent builds it into your workspace and shows you a working preview before anyone uses it.

  • A private draft first. It runs on its own database with sample rows. Your records change only when you install.
  • Every change is a version. See what each edit changed and restore any earlier version.
  • Change the apps you have. Ask for a new field, stage, or view in any installed app, Opser's own included.

Installed apps update by themselves, and uninstalling one keeps its data.

A few more answers.

What founders ask before they pick their first apps.

How many apps can we install?

Free includes 3 installed apps, Starter 10, and Foundation and Accelerate as many as you like. Apps you build count the same way. Installed apps update by themselves unless you've customized them, and uninstalling an app keeps its data.

Do the apps work together, or do we connect them ourselves?

Opser's apps come connected. Email marks senders who are already in Customers, Helpdesk shows a requester's deals, Sales hands replies to Customers as deals, and closing a deal can take the products out of Inventory. Each app keeps its own records and asks the others through declared connections, with the access of the person asking.

Can we control who sees each app?

Yes. In Settings → Access, give each person, shared agent, or permission group full access to an app or only the permissions a role needs, like viewing deals in Customers without editing them. Admins have access to everything, and people without access don't see the app in their sidebar.

What can our agents do in an app?

Every app teaches your agents its tools and a skill for using them, so you can ask in plain words, like "What's still open in Helpdesk?" Agents work with the same permissions as people: a personal agent uses its owner's access, and a shared agent its own. Changes like updating a deal or sending an email wait for your approval.

What if the app we need isn't in the App Store?

Describe it to your agent. It builds the data, screens, permissions, and agent tools as a private draft, runs it on sample data, and installs it next to your other apps when you approve. Ask for changes to any installed app the same way, Opser's own included.

Can our customers use these apps?

Yes, through public pages that need no account: Helpdesk's support form, Calendar's scheduling links, public forms, and signing pages. For more, your agent builds a website or a customer portal with its own visitor sign-in and publishes it to your own domain.

Start with the apps you need.

Install your first apps from the App Store, and ask your agent for the one you're missing.
